Came home from grocery shopping to find my keys weren't in my bag. Must have left them inside. Called these guys at 6 PM on a Friday, ready to wait an hour. They showed up in 12 minutes.
The tech, Mike, had my door open in under 30 seconds. No scratches, no damage, nothing. Price was $75 as quoted. He even waited to make sure my spare key worked before leaving.
In Miami, finding an honest locksmith is impossible. Somehow these guys are the exception. Saved my evening.
Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Locked my keys in my Honda Civic right in front of my apartment building on Collins Avenue near 21st Street at 8 AM on a Tuesday. Called these guys, they were there in 12 minutes. Guy named Mike had me back in my car in less than a minute. Charged me exactly what he quoted on the phone – $85. No damage to my door. Super friendly, professional, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking myself out (which I definitely did).

Called these guys in full panic mode. They had a tech (Roberto) at our door by 7:20 AM. Twenty minutes, in Miami morning traffic - I was impressed.
Roberto diagnosed the problem in two minutes. Old mortise lock finally gave out. He gave us three options: temporary fix to get us open today, full replacement with same lock, or upgrade to a high-security commercial system with master key capability.
We went with the upgrade. He had us open temporarily in 10 minutes so our staff could get to work and receive the delivery. Came back that afternoon and installed the new system in about 2 hours.
Total cost was $450 for the full upgrade. Quoted upfront, no surprises. He even made 10 master keys and 20 employee keys on the spot.
What I appreciated most - he explained everything, showed me how the master key system works, and gave us a binder with all the key codes and documentation. Very professional.
Three weeks later, everything works perfectly. No issues, no callbacks.
If you run a business on Biscayne Boulevard or anywhere in Miami, save their number. Fast, honest, and they know commercial work. Not every locksmith does.
